Leveling machine

The leveling machine is a machine specially used for flattening sheet metal. It can flatten single sheet independently. Decoiling and sheet receiving mechanisms can be arranged in front of this machine and shearing, stacking and coupling mechanisms can be arranged after it to form a complete production line through the control system so as to flatten and cut the metal coil.
 

The flattening machine(Straightening Machine) generally adopts several rolls to repeatedly deform the sheet between upper and lower flattening rolls to eliminate stress and therefore flatten it. Flattening machine is a common equipment for sheet metal processing and the typing of flattening machine mainly depends on thickness and material of sheet to be flattened and requirements. This leveling machine can obviously improve the flatness of flattened sheet and therefore its quality. The bump-cutter machine structure shall be stiffer with smaller number of rolls, bigger roll diameter and bigger power (width not changed) for processing thicker sheet, and vise versa. Stiff carrier rolls (pulleys) are arranged at outside of upper and lower working rolls to form a group rolls structure. The machine normally comprises a drive, a motor and a electric control unit.
