Press brake

Hydraulic press brake are classified into upper tool moving type and lower tool moving type according to its moving manner. It comprises a bracket, a working table and a clamping plate; where in the working table comprising a base and a press plate is arranged on the bracket. The base comprising a base housing, coil and a cover is connected with the clamping plate through hinges. The coil is arranged in the recess on base housing and the recess is covered by the cover.
 

During operation, the coil is energized to generate attractive force on the press plate so as to clamp the sheet between the press plate and the base. Because electromagnetic force is used for clamping, the press plate can process various kinds of workpieces including the workpiece having a side wall. By changing the die for bending, the press brake can process various kinds of workpieces.
